Job Title: Rehoming Coordinator

Department: Cheshire Dogs Home

Reports to: Head of Admin

General Description of the Post:

To provide excellent customer care to adopters and potential adopters, including reviewing application forms, arranging home visits and post adoption calls.

Key Responsibilities:                     · Ensure that all incoming calls are answered politely and quickly, and that any information given is accurate.· Reviewing Applications for the dogs in our care and matching them with appropriate adopters· Organising & Undertaking Virtual Home Visits· Responding to application emails and providing excellent customer service to adopters and potential adopters· Organising and undertaking post adoption phone calls,· Assisting with updating the Website with dogs that are available for adoption, including getting involved in write ups· Updating the Dog List and circulating as required· Liaise with the staff and external photographers to organise photographs of the dogs to be used on the website and social media channels· Reporting on Monthly Stray Figures and sending to accountants· Other administration duties as requested· To undertake any other reasonable Management instruction· Replying to all unsuccessful applications· Liaise with Assistant Manager on what dogs can go on the website· Take pictures of the dogs· Do write ups for the website· Put dogs on the website· Keeping adopters up to date on when the dog will be neutered and updating on any vet checks· Book neuters in for any dogs that have been adopted and are coming back for neutering· Answering all past adopters messages/queries as they come through daily· Send success stories so Socials team each week· Give socials team details of any dogs that need pushing more

40 hours /£12.77 per hour
