About the Role

 MAP seeks a Rehabilitation Point Coordinator to oversee case management and rehabilitation services, including conducting assessments, supervising a multidisciplinary team, coordinating referrals and follow-ups, and ensuring effective communication and progress monitoring. The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting data collection and reporting, coordinating with logistics for the timely distribution of assistive devices, and contributing to the development of data tools and systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational standards 

About You

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology or a health-related field and has experience in case management, preferably in a healthcare setting. They demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with knowledge of humanitarian principles. The role requires proficiency in data management and reporting, advanced MS Office skills, and the ability to work under pressure within a multidisciplinary team.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works in partnership with Palestinian communities to uphold their rights to health and dignity. We do this by developing effective, sustainable and locally-led healthcare services, providing medical aid during emergencies, and campaigning to break down the barriers to Palestinian health and healthcare today and for the future.
