Home Nursing Service

Annualised hours (based on 25.5 hours per week = 3 shifts) Salary: £25,170 per annum (FTE £37,015) plus an uplift for unsociable hours Flexible Positions also available

We are seeking enthusiastic, committed and motivated registered nurses with excellent communication skills to join our Home Nursing Team. The successful applicant should be passionate about delivering high quality individualised palliative and end of life care in the community.

The team work closely and in collaboration with an extended multidisciplinary team including specialist palliative care services community and inpatient, GP and District Nurses plus other specialist services.
