About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Hospice at Home team, providing specialist care to patients with terminal illnesses and invaluable emotional support to their families.
This night role will include a combination of:
- 1:1 overnight carein patients’ homes, and
- Working on our Roaming Service, delivering flexible symptom control, assessment, and support across the Hospice at Home service.
This varied role offers both autonomy and support, allowing you to use your clinical judgement to ensure the very best care for each patient.
