Title: Registered Nurse – Inpatient Unit & Hospice at Home Salary: £37,182 – £44,774 (FTE) pa depending on experience – plus enhancements – Saturday-midnight to midnight + weekdays after 8pm and before 6am = 30% Sunday + Public Holidays = 60%.

Location: Tapping House, Wheatfields, HillingtonHours of work: 37.5 hours per week over variable shifts and days

Annual Leave: 25 days increasing to 27 after 5 years’ service and 29 after 9 years’ service + 8 days in lieu of public holidays (FTE)

Job SummaryThe main purpose of this role is to act as liaison between IPU and Hospice at Home by working across both services on a rotational basis. The post holder will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of palliative care to patients and their families who are under the care of Tapping House. Care is provided within the hospice inpatient unit and the community across 24 hours a day, seven days a week and aims to support patient choice and access to excellent end of life care and support.
