Registered Manager – Living for Tomorrow (Adult Learning Disability Services)

Salary: £41,512 per annum (plus excellent benefits)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: West & North Yorkshire

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will lead a number of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.

You’ll create an environment where people feel safe, valued and genuinely at home, while developing a team that is confident, compassionate and proud of the difference they make every day.

You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive senior leadership team who believe in developing people, encouraging innovation and continually improving the quality of our services.

You’ll be trusted to lead with autonomy whilst always having the support needed to succeed.

This role is about far more than compliance…

Of course you’ll understand CQC.: You’ll know legislation. You’ll oversee quality assurance. You’ll manage budgets and staffing.

But that’s only part of what makes an exceptional Registered Manager.

Essential Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent required for CQC registration).
• Significant experience managing adult social care services.
• Thorough understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience.
• Experience leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel across services within West and North Yorkshire.
• Participation in the management on call rota.
