About The Pastures

The Pastures in Hales is one of FitzRoy’s flagship nursing services and is home to 13 adults with varying ages and levels of complexity. The service operates across three bungalows, allowing us to carefully match individuals with others who share similar interests and lifestyles.

The people we support are passionate about living life to the fullest—there is never a dull day. Families work closely with the team, creating a warm, busy and creative atmosphere. We work to minimise the barriers health needs can present, enabling people to pursue their goals and dreams.

As a nurse at The Pastures, you will play a vital role in empowering people to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
