At Puddingstone Grange, our nurses do more than care – they lead, inspire, and make a real difference in residents’ lives every day.

We’re looking for friendly, proactive Registered General Nurses (RNs) to join our team. Whether you work days, nights, or relief shifts, you’ll deliver person-centred care, lead Health Care Assistants, and help create a warm, homely environment for everyone in the home.

 

Your Role  🩺

• Deliver hands-on nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs
• Lead, support and mentor Health Care Assistants
• Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with safety regulations
• Foster a positive, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care
• Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to maintain high standards

 

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Hold a valid NMC registration
• Have experience in a care home or similar nursing setting
• Are kind, professional, and proactive
• Have strong leadership and communication skills
