- High-needs foster care for approximately 20 children
- An associated therapeutic education service
This wraparound approach integrates
care, education, and NHS supportto prevent placement breakdowns and reduce the need for Tier 4 CAMHS inpatient provision.About the home and local area:

Staff pride themselves on creating a family feel and building strong relationships with the local community, schools, and services.What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
- Inspiring and developing a passionate staff team.
- Building strong relationships with local services, schools, and community partners.
- Embedding therapeutic care practices and maintaining a positive culture.
- Managing safeguarding, health and safety, and all operational aspects.
- Working closely with the Responsible Individual and wider strategic partners to shape the home’s future.
- Competitive salary of up to £53,300, plus performance bonuses of up to£10,000.

- Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).
- At least two years’ recent experience in a supervisory or management role within a registered children’s home.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- A solid understanding of legislation and Ofsted regulations.
- A full UK driving licence.
