Rector - The Ridgeway Benefice - Diocese of Oxford

We seek a Rector to develop the mission and ministry of our Churches who is:

• able to build strong relationships with our congregations and connect with the wider village communities
• skilled at enabling people of all ages, and at all stages of faith to flourish in our churches
• able to lead and inspire others to share in ministry
• adaptable to local needs and opportunities while holding a clear focus on shared priorities and discipleship
