Rector
Four Churches - One Mission
We are a family of four churches, diverse in style, united in our love for Jesus and our desire to see His Kingdom grow in our communities. Evangelical in expression, we long to be led deeper into God’s mission as we serve, worship and witness together.
We are seeking a Rector who will:
- Recognise and nurture the gifts God has given within our congregations, young and old.
- Encourage, equip and empower us to play our part in bringing the Kingdom of God into our everyday lives and into our communities.
- Embrace and celebrate the richness of our diverse congregations and styles of worship, while drawing us together in unity of purpose.
- Lead with vision, humility and a heart for service and mission, grounded in Scripture.
- Continue to develop our culture of discipleship, prayer and pastoral support for all ages.
In return we offer:
- A joyful, prayerful and committed community, ready to walk alongside our new Rector in faith, hope and love.
- A supportive and active Discipleship Team including three Licensed Lay Readers, three Readers with PtO, two Ordained Ministers with PtO.
- A well-established growing children’s, youth and families ministry, with strong links to our local schools.
- A dedicated and experienced Benefice Administrator and three appointed Safeguarding Officers across the Benefice.
If you are passionate about releasing God’s people into ministry and seeing lives transformed by the good news of Jesus, we would love to hear from you. Please see our Parish Profile for more information about all of our churches.
