Rector

With four very different villages and churches we are looking for someone who will join us in bringing faith and discipleship to our growing rural community.
We are looking for a Rector who will:

• Work with us to develop our mission and discipleship across our communities
• Help us to reach out to those moving into our villages with young families
• Be flexible and open to a diverse range of worship
• Be a part of our villages and join in with village life

We can offer:

• A strong and faithful foundation ready to take the next step together with you in faith
• A team of two LLMs, a part-time, self-employed Benefice Administrator and a Safeguarding Officer
• A Benefice Office
• A four-bedroom Rectory
• All this and beautiful and picturesque countryside within reach of Oxford, Banbury and with nearby rail-links to London and Birmingham
