Your new opportunity
Quarriers Arrows Service in Moray is looking for a Recovery Coach to support adults affected by drug and/or alcohol use. Working as part of a multi-agency team, you’ll deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support that helps people rebuild their lives and achieve lasting change.
About the Role
You’ll work directly with individuals to:
- Provide one-to-one and group support
- Complete assessments and develop recovery plans
- Deliver outreach and community-based support
- Support access to services including health, housing, and social care
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll see the impact of your work every day.
This a full time post working 39 hours per week and is fixed term for 12 months.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn trauma-informed practice and recovery approaches
- Driving licence and access to your own car is essential.
- Lived experience is valued and welcomed.
