    We’re looking for

    Recovery & Well-being Practitionerfor Cheshire West & Chester(Base Chester)

    Within this role, you will play a vital part in delivering substance misuse treatment and recovery support for individuals with drug and alcohol needs across Cheshire West & Chester. Deliver excellent drug and alcohol services to people who use our service and their significant others, including family members friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.

    Manage a case load and coordinate and deliver assessment and evidence-based interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning. Ability to deliver structured group programmes.

    You will deliver harm reduction advice, psychosocial interventions, needle & syringe exchanges, Blood borne virus testing and interventions, drug testing and overdose prevention advice.

    Work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholder across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all Via policies and Safeguarding principles.
