Job description
We are recruiting to our Administration Team to support with the recent growth of our services. This Administrator role covers all reception duties, including processing referrals and handling enquiries to carrying out general administrative tasks and data entry to support the preparation of data used in statistical reports to our Commissioners. The Administrator is the first point of contact for our clients and external agencies and therefore needs to be warm and welcoming, a good communicator and able to respond professionally to a varied range of calls/emails. Our Administration team manage appointment bookings and the allocation of clients across the Organisation for a growing team of paid therapists, suicide bereavement support workers and students on counselling placements with Listening Ear. The successful candidate will be highly organised and professional, with excellent communication skills and proven experience of managing their own time and workload in a busy, high-pressure environment. They will also need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook as well as strong IT skills and ability to learn using new systems.
