Start Network is seeking proposals from Start Network/READY Pakistan Hub members in the Pakistan (i.e. members who have signed the Start Network Membership Agreement) to serve as operational and administrative host for the Hub and its programmes. Successful applicants will need to be able to evidence the necessary experience, skills, and partnership values. They will have the capacity to deliver a high quality, value for money service to the programmes, and host staff.

The operational and administrative hosting arrangement is a highly collaborative partnership with the Hub and the Start Network. The Host Agency will require authorisation to operate in Pakistan and will provide an enabling environment for the governing body of the READY Pakistan Hub and the Start Network to deliver their mandates and programmes with the support of staff. In addition to having the relevant government authorisation to operate programmes in Pakistan, the Host Agency will have the due diligence standards required by the Start Network. They will also have the ability to host staff, provide a duty of care, and support the delivery of programmes.
