Role 1 Mornings 20 hours 8.30 – 12.30pm Monday to Friday
Role 2 Afternoons 16 hours 1 – 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
£12.74 per hour Leicester based – LE3 1UT

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, warehouse colleagues and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while helping generate funds that support serving RAF personnel, veterans and their families
About the role
As a Retail Operations & Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our retail, customer service and e-commerce activities run smoothly. You’ll support customers throughout their journey, maintain accurate product information, process orders and returns, and provide essential administrative support to the wider Sales & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining administration, customer service and retail operations in a busy and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone
Process order amendments, cancellations, refunds and returns
Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Retail & E-commerce Administration
Maintain and update online product listings
Ensure product descriptions, pricing and specifications are accurate
Support promotional pricing updates and campaigns
Raise quotations and invoices
Operations Support
Investigate fulfilment and delivery queries
Liaise with warehouse teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate records and management information
Support product and stock management activities
Event Administration
Assist with retail event planning and administration
Prepare documentation and sales information
Support pre-event and post-event activities
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Essential
Previous administration experience
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience working with databases, CRM systems or online platforms
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Desirable
Experience within a retail, e-commerce or customer service environment
Experience processing orders, returns or refunds
Experience supporting sales or marketing teams
