About the role
Working as part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of our e-commerce and retail operations, while delivering an excellent experience to all our customers. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll support customer enquiries, process returns and refunds, maintain online product listings, raise quotations and invoices, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, assist with event administration and help resolve order queries.

Primary responsibilities include
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries, processing order amendments, refunds, returns, and resolving customer issues and complaints.
Provide administrative support across the retail operation, including quotations, invoicing, record management, reporting, and promotional pricing administration.
Maintain and update online product listings, ensuring product information, pricing, and specifications are accurate across all sales platforms.
Coordinate returns and refunds, investigate delivery and fulfilment queries, and work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Liaise with the Warehouse Team, suppliers, Customer Engagement Team and other stakeholders to support order fulfilment, product and stock management and customer satisfaction.
Provide administrative support for events, including preparing documentation, processing retail sales and assisting with pre- and post-event activities.

About you
Our ideal colleagues will have a broad range of previous administration experience ideally from within the customer service or retail sector with a high level of IT skills to be able to use various online platforms, CRM, Microsoft Office applications and databases. You will need to be able to work at pace to deliver exceptional customer service experiences with the ability to be a proactive problem solver. The role requires you to manage a varied workload, handling customer enquiries, orders and administrative tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail, while building strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.
