Queuebuster

The Piece Hall are looking to recruit a number of confident and enthusiastic Queuebusters to assist the Events Team during The Piece Hall’s Live at the Piece Hall 2026 series of live events.

The position will include assisting with crowd and queue management, assisting with visitor queries, and delivering excellent customer service to the standard of a world class heritage site. You will apply venue rules and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, report any incidents, accidents or suspicious activities to event organisers, and manage the flow of ticket holders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle a high volume of queries, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and conduct yourself in a respectable and professional manner as a representative of The Piece Hall. We are looking for excellent time management skills, the ability to work well within a team and as an individual, and a genuine passion for The Piece Hall.
