About Us:

Carers Trust Mid Yorkshire are a dedicated charity committed to providing respite care for unpaid carers, offering them much-needed breaks by stepping in to care for their loved ones. Our mission is to provide the highest quality services to unpaid carers in Kirklees, Calderdale, Leeds and Wakefield no matter their needs, background, culture or preferences

The Role

The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining robust quality assurance systems to ensure the organisation delivers high-quality care services that are safe, well led, responsive, caring and effective, in line with CQC and OFSTED regulations, relevant legislation and the charity’s mission and values. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the Quality Manager will drive continuous improvement, support staff and promote excellent outcomes for people who use our services.
