We're looking for someone who has experience within Health & Social Care and understands what great quality looks like.

You may currently be a:

  • Registered Manager / Service Manager / Deputy Manager / Operations Manager
  • Quality Lead
  • Quality Assurance Officer
  • Compliance Officer

You'll ideally have:

  • A professional qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Experience managing a care or support service
  • Experience of Care Inspectorate or other regulated inspections
  • Strong knowledge of person-centred support
  • Experience carrying out audits, quality monitoring or service improvement
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • The ability to coach, influence and support managers to improve quality
  • A UK driving license and your own vehicle are essential as travel within Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire is a requirement

Previous experience in a dedicated Quality Assurance role would be great, but is not essential.  If you've successfully managed services, supported inspections or driven quality improvements, we'd love to hear from you.
