We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Public Fundraising Projects Officer to support the effective delivery of our public fundraising programme.
We are in an exciting phase as we deliver our 2025–2028 strategy, strengthening our feminist, anti-racist and decolonised approach to fundraising, campaigning and organisational change. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Public Fundraising Projects Officer to support the effective delivery of our public fundraising programme. This is a key coordination and project support role, providing hands-on project management, logistical and administrative support across the Public Fundraising team. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple fundraising disciplines, supporting transformational projects, campaigns and events, and helping ensure projects are delivered on time, to brief and to a high standard. You’ll be someone who thrives on juggling priorities, enjoys bringing structure to complex work, and is confident coordinating across teams, systems and processes.
You will be an organised and adaptable project support professional with strong coordination skills and a collaborative mindset. You enjoy working across teams, keeping projects on track, and bringing clarity and structure to busy environments.
You will bring:
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Experience providing project, administrative or coordination support in a busy team environment
- Confidence liaising across teams and with external suppliers or partners
- Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills
- Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word
- The ability to plan schedules, manage details and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to improving systems and processes

ActionAid UK has a hybrid working policy for many of our roles. The requirement will vary from team to team and the responsibilities of individual roles. As a minimum, all colleagues are expected to attend the office 12 days per year, plus additional time for induction, training, and company connection days. Some roles may require in-office attendance on all days and if so, these will clearly be marked as in-office roles.
