What you’ll bring
You will bring strong project management abilities and anti-racist approaches in professional practice and Welsh education policy, paired with effective project administration skills and a keen ability to navigate established processes. You will excel in your role as an intermediary, fostering collaboration between project teams and partners while clearly communicating complex information, both orally and in writing. Your proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and data-handling software such as Google Analytics and MS Forms, will enable you to manage project data efficiently. Drawing on your initiative and creativity, you will solve challenges that arise within the project context, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial regulations. Your experience coordinating projects with a focus on quality assurance, combined with strong attention to detail and a flexible work style, will contribute significantly to the team’s success.
