About the Role
MAP is seeking a dedicated professional to define and implement its operational strategy at Al Shifa Medical Complex and coordinate an integrated programmatic response in close collaboration with the Gaza Coordination Team. The role will take charge of MAP's operational response, identify the population’s health needs and key humanitarian issues, and ensure compliance with MAP's charter, ethical standards, and policies, contributing to improved health and humanitarian outcomes for the target population.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in medical or public health field, with experience in program coordination, team leadership, and hospital operations. The candidate should be familiar with MoH guidelines, clinical and IPC protocols, referral pathways, and emergency response procedures. Proven skills in budgeting, monitoring & evaluation, and stakeholder engagement are essential. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing abilities in English and Arabic, with strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills to perform effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
