Job Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of pioneering projects within a specified physical or digital mission field. This role requires the outworking of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with CV’s strategic framework and faith journey expectations.
Specific Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project management processes, from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure projects align with CV’s objectives and evangelistic goals.
- Coordinate resources, manage budgets, and support contract compliance in conjunction with the Finance Liaison and Contracts & Compliance Officer.
- Ensure reports are submitted, track project KPIs, spiritual impact metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Engage with other project managers to learn from and help each other improve project management and pioneering.
- Support risk assessments and ensure projects comply with legal, operational, and security standards.
- Collaborate within a global organisation across time zones, including occasional out-of-hours availability where required.

Skills, Experience and Education
- Must have proven leadership experience in physical or digital ministry or missions with a focus on unreached people groups.
- A capacity to work cross-culturally with sensitivity to diverse digital and physical environments is essential.
- Spiritual maturity with a passion for mission and pioneering work will be key for this role.
- An ability to mentor, support, and inspire pioneering teams in dynamic settings is required.
