UCS College Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Partnerships & Major Projects team, sitting at the heart of the Group’s Strategy area. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and long-term financial sustainability of our organisation.

Reporting directly to the Group Director of Partnerships & Major Projects and working closely with leaders across the College Group, you will take ownership of multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring robust progress monitoring, effective resource management and clear, timely reporting. You will be a skilled expeditor, keeping projects on track, on budget and on time, while maintaining the rigorous audit trails that our funding streams demand.

You will be a visible, energetic presence within the team, someone who brings discipline and structure to complex workstreams, builds effective relationships across the College Group and with external partners, and actively contributes to UCS College Group’s ambitions for growth and impact in the Further Education sector.

This is more than a coordination role. As part of a forward-thinking Strategy team, you will help shape the Group’s approach to major projects and partnerships, contributing to the culture of innovation, ambition and accountability that underpins our growth agenda.
