Lead transformative projects that directly combat climate change whilst improving homes for vulnerable people. You'll spearhead our ambitious Warm Homes Programme and Net Zero initiatives across 1,800+ properties.
About us
Each year, we provide housing and support for more than 1,800 socially excluded and vulnerable people across Surrey, parts of Berkshire, West Sussex, and South-West London.
We make a difference to clients by enabling them to feel valued and supported. We have a strong sense of social responsibility and believe everyone should be able to live independent and fulfilling lives. Our values – respect, empowerment, responsibility, and excellence – guide everything we do.
What you'll be doing
You'll deliver our Warm Homes Programme, managing energy efficiency improvements alongside capital works including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, and roofs. Every project directly supports our Net Zero targets whilst creating safer, sustainable homes.
You'll manage budgets, lead procurement, and coordinate internal and external partners. Your work ensures regulatory compliance whilst exceeding client expectations through strategic thinking and practical delivery.
Based in our central office, this hybrid role requires regular travel across our operating area, so access to suitable transport is essential.

- Lead planned investment, capital works, and retrofit projects to time, quality, and budget
- Manage consultants and contractors, ensuring high standards and contract compliance
- Apply strong knowledge of asset management, energy efficiency, and sustainability in social housing
- Use data to inform investment planning and manage stock condition databases
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support decarbonisation and retrofit programmes
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, CDM regulations, and procurement legislation
- Develop specifications and maintain standards across a diverse property portfolio
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, residents, and external stakeholders
- Work independently and make sound decisions
