Your role at BRE
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering key Academy related projects that support organisational priorities. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Academy Product Manager, the role ensures that projects are structured, controlled and delivered effectively, with clear communication and strong alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple Academy training product updates and development projects.
• Produce and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and delivery documentation.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate and lead virtual project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and consistent delivery.
• Monitor and report on project progress through weekly and monthly status updates.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to support decision‑making and project alignment.
• Work with cross‑functional teams across the Academy, BPS, and wider BRE Group to ensure connected and efficient delivery.
• Support continuous improvement by refining delivery processes, workflows, and project artefacts.
• Close projects effectively, capturing lessons learned and ensuring outputs meet required standards.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who can effectively plan, coordinate and deliver a portfolio of Academy and BREEAM related projects, ensuring strong control, communication and alignment across teams.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Essential
• Strong communication skills across written, verbal and digital channels.
• The ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and maintain realistic and structured project schedules.
• Confident problem‑solving, with the ability to analyse issues and implement practical solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross‑functional or virtual teams.
• Adaptability in managing changing requirements, shifting priorities, and emerging challenges.
• Experience producing clear project documentation, plans, and progress reports.
• Sound decision‑making that supports project momentum and successful outcomes.
Desirable
• Experience delivering or managing projects within a learning, training, or educational environment.
• Knowledge of the built environment (e.g., sustainability, BREEAM, BIM, information management, fire and safety).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com and other delivery or reporting platforms.
• Experience supporting or delivering change initiatives.
• Confident negotiation skills to balance stakeholder needs and secure required resources.
• Experience identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Degree‑level education in a relevant subject area.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as APM PMQ, AgilePM, or PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Work Location Options
Mostly Remote – This role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel to our head office in Watford for planned meetings (1-2 times per month).
