Prospect Place is Tyne Housing Association’s new, exemplar housing scheme for vulnerable adults. Developed in conjunction with Gateshead Council, Homes England, and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, the scheme is designed to put into practice everything that Tyne has learnt over the course of over 50 years of working with some of the most excluded and marginalised people in our region.

The scheme will provide excellent, state of the art self contained accommodation, together with tailored support, for people who have experienced, or are at risk of experiencing, homelessness. Prospect Place will cater for all adults over the age of 25 who fall into this category.

The post holder will also have the opportunity to work in tandem with the team at our other new Gateshead development, Southernwood, which will cater for vulnerable young people aged 18-24.

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand new supported housing development in Gateshead which will provide excellent support and assistance to some of the Borough’s most vulnerable residents.
