Project Lead – Property Maintenance
The Property Maintenance Project Lead will oversee the development, coordination and expansion of Lancashire Women’s Property Maintenance service into a more commercial offer. This role requires a strong background in general property maintenance combined with excellent networking, organisational and project management skills. The post‑holder will lead on developing new commercial opportunities – including planned property maintenance packages for businesses – while also supporting the growth of an approved Lancashire Tradeswomen network. The role will work closely with the Programme Manager, Business Development Manager and the Energy Team Lead

Salary: SP28 £30,608.16 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Duration: 12 months, subject to further funding
Location: Lancashire
