About the role

ONSIDE is launching an innovative new Neurodevelopmental (ND) Service across Herefordshire & Worcestershire, providing early intervention, practical support and emotional wellbeing services for children and young people aged 0–25 years and their families.

Our vision is to create a neuro-affirming, person-centred service that empowers children, young people and families to understand and embrace neurodivergence, build on their strengths and access the right support at the right time.

As Programme Manager, you will lead and inspire a passionate team of professionals delivering high-quality, relationship-based wellbeing support. You will provide day-to-day line management, supervision and guidance, while championing staff development, reflective practice and continuous professional development (CPD).

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate and innovative individual who believes in strengths-based practice and want to make a lasting difference to the lives of neurodivergent children, young people and families.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of a new service, working collaboratively with partners, communities, and stakeholders to drive meaningful change. You will play a key role in shaping strategic direction, embedding high-quality, neuro-affirming practice, and ensuring services are responsive, inclusive, and deliver positive outcomes.

Whether leading multidisciplinary teams, building strong partnerships, driving continuous improvement, or championing the voices of children, young people, and families, you will help create services that reduce inequalities and empower individuals to thrive.

If you are an inspiring leader with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering impactful programmes, and you want to be part of shaping an exciting new service, we would love to hear from you!

We particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of neurodiversity, as well as parents, carers, and family members of neurodivergent children and young people. We believe lived experiences strengthen our services and helps us to deliver more inclusive, person-centred support.
