The Opportunity

We’re looking for an engaging, people‑focused colleague to join this programme as a Programme Leader.
 This role offers a balance of team leadership, coaching, and partnership working — with the chance to shape a high‑quality supported employment service.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support Employment Specialists to deliver excellent participant outcomes
  • Provide regular coaching, supervision and guidance
  • Ensure high‑quality, person‑centred delivery in line with SEQF
  • Monitor performance, KPIs and compliance
  • Build relationships with employers and community partners
  • Promote inclusive employment and good practice across the service
  • Respond to safeguarding, risk and health & safety needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience leading employability or similar services
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to motivate and support colleagues
  • Confidence building relationships with employers and partners
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, CRM)
  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
  • Flexibility to travel across the region

Desirable: SEQF or Supported Employment qualifications and knowledge of welfare benefits.
