Programme Development Lead
Are you passionate about raising up a new diverse leaders for new churches? Do you thrive on creativity, collaboration, and building innovative learning environments?
St Hild Centre for Church Planting is seeking an energised Programme Development Lead to shape and grow new learning pathways, including for young adults, microchurch planters, accreditation routes, and emerging leadership streams. This is an empowered role with real responsibility—designing training that will equip thousands of leaders and support the planting of 100 new churches and fresh expressions across the nation.
You’ll work within a dynamic, innovative team and collaborate across Baptist, Anglican, Newfrontiers and other denominations and networks. This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of church planting.
We’re looking for someone creative, relational, and fun—an inspiring trainer who loves developing others and can translate vision into practical, accessible formation pathways. The role is home-based, with termly travel to Leeds and Sheffield.
