Programme Communications Coordinator Teach First is a charity that believes education is the most powerful tool to help a child fulfil their potential. The role The rundown: The Programme Communications team own the development and quality of all key programme documentation, in-programme communications, directorate communications and the internal SharePoint site. Working as part of this team in the Transformational Programmes directorate, you will ensure that Teach First programme members and internal colleagues receive appealing and timely communications, keeping them engaged, and well informed. The detail: day-to-day work • Support the drafting and designing of programme-wide communications, including mass communications to programme members. • Supporting data management activities, including uploading, exporting, and maintaining data to ensure information is accurate, up to date and stored appropriately. • Maintain and administer collaborative digital tools used by programme teams, including Microsoft Teams Channels, OneNote and SharePoint sites., to enable effective coordination, communication and collaboration. • Supporting with creating, updating and maintaining Programme Communications materials and documents for programme members, ensuring content is accurate, timely and fit for purpose. • Manage the day-to-day administration of Programme Communications content on the programme member portal, including uploading, version control and regular reviews. • Support with regular communications updates to Programme Delivery colleagues, ensuring key messages, changes and timelines are shared clearly and consistently, in line with the agreed communications plan. You’ll take ownership for: • The delivery of mass communications to programme members, including preparing, scheduling and distributing to ensure communications are accurate, timely and consistent. • The management of Programme Communications documentation, ensuring materials are created, maintained, version-controlled, and stored in line with agreed processes. • Leading the administration and coordination for Programme Communications team meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, recording actions and minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. 1 About you The Essentials: make sure you demonstrate these in your application.
