Farm Africa is seeking an exceptional leader to join our Board of Trustees and the Programme Advisory Committee. This is a unique opportunity for a senior professional with deep experience in development programming, investment strategy, and innovative finance to help guide our mission and maximise our impact.

For more than 40 years, Farm Africa has worked alongside rural communities to reduce poverty, protect ecosystems, and build climate-resilient livelihoods, and we are now seeking candidates to help us diversify our programme portfolio and explore new models of financing for development.

As a Trustee, you will bring strategic insight, strong governance, and specialist technical expertise.

We particularly welcome applicants who bring diverse perspectives and lived experience connected to our areas of work.
