Product Manager – CRM: Shape the Future of Housing Services at Peabody
Are you an experienced Product Manager or Product Owner looking to make a real impact?
Join Peabody as a Product Manager – CRM and play a pivotal role in delivering one of the most significant digital transformation programmes in our organisation.
You'll take ownership of the CRM product roadmap, priorities and outcomes, shaping how we leverage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform to create genuine value, improve lives and deliver better outcomes for residents and communities. You'll balance user needs, business priorities and technical considerations to ensure investment is focused on the highest-value opportunities.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and external delivery partners, you'll balance competing priorities, make informed investment decisions, and collaborate across the business to deliver measurable improvements in resident experience, colleague effectiveness, and operational performance. You'll be accountable for ensuring product investments deliver tangible benefits and measurable outcomes.
This is a high-impact role, and success will depend on your ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned with resident needs, business priorities, and technology objectives.
What you'll bring
- Significant experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar product role.
- Experience managing and developing CRM products (Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable) in a complex organisation.
- Proven experience delivering products or services that create measurable customer and business value.
- Experience improving customer experiences and delivering measurable service improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and decision-making skills.
- Experience using customer insight, operational data and user feedback to inform prioritisation and product decisions.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers, systems integrators or implementation partners.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, including backlog management and iterative delivery.
