About the role
This role is for a period of three months, supporting the business operations function within Family Fund Business Services (FFBS). We’re looking for a highly organised individual to provide exceptional administration support during an exciting, fixed term period of process improvement activity.
You will gather documentation on existing processes within FFBS and with support, identify the frequency that each process is used; in turn this will enable the Operations Manager to determine where improvements can be made and the value that can be added.
You will utilise lucid charts to document new workflows and processes using standard flowchart symbols to visualise the process, working with process owners to request feedback on the accuracy of the visual, amending this where required.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the improvement processes and efficiency across FFBS.
