At Thrive Education, we're looking for passionate and adaptable teachers to join our Guaranteed Supply Team, supporting a network of welcoming Local Authority schools.
Our Guaranteed Supply scheme gives you the best of both worlds—the freedom and variety of supply teaching, with the reassurance of a guaranteed daily rate, even when we're unable to place you in a school.
Whether you're an experienced supply teacher, returning to the classroom or an Early Career Teacher looking to build experience, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Guaranteed Supply Teacher, you'll work across a variety of Local Authority primary schools, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining positive classroom environments and ensuring pupils continue to make progress during teacher absence.
Assignments include:
- Day-to-day supply
- Short-term cover
- Long-term placements
- Opportunities that could lead to permanent roles

What We're Looking For
We're looking for teachers who are:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experienced within UK primary schools
Confident managing the classroom and behaviour positively
Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic
Passionate about making a difference in every school they visit
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to obtain one)
Have the right to work in the UK
