The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Adapt confidently to different school settings and classroom routines.
Follow lesson plans provided by the school or confidently deliver high-quality cover lessons.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and school leaders.
Ensure safeguarding and school policies are followed at all times.
What We're Looking For
To be successful, you'll have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
