We are looking to appoint someone to inspire and lead us in our worship, congregational life and the delivery of our mission priorities to:
- Nurture and disciple church members into a deeper relationship with God, enabling us to put our faith into practice in daily life.
- To equip people for mission and ministry, serving our communities and sustaining our Christian presence.
- To expand our mission and outreach opportunities amongst children, single people and families to grow younger.
- To grow our churches by developing our existing, and building new, community partnerships and worshipping communities.
- To reach out to visitors and walkers forming pilgrims.
- To lead our churches in challenging injustice and caring for creation through the Eco Church Awards.
- To shape our structures creating new and innovative ways of working together across the benefice.
