About Prevention Worker (x2)

The Prevention Worker will work within the local community with key partners, to identify, address and support need at the earliest opportunity, working proactively to engage individuals and their families and ensure they access the support they need.
They will have a crucial role in supporting and advising settings in undertaking assessments of need. As a member of our Sport, Leisure & Events team a commitment to whole family, solution focused, integrated working in achieving the best possible outcomes for individuals and their families is essential.
