Brentwood Prep School is an academically selective HMC co-educational independent school with small class sizes and a happy, ambitious and supportive staff team. It is part of Brentwood School, a 3-18 HMC school of 1900 pupils, just 35 minutes from London Liverpool Street.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Graduate Music Assistant to join our thriving Prep Music Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent conservatoire or university graduate looking to gain valuable experience in a highly supportive and ambitious educational environment, with potential shared accommodation available as part of the package.
Working closely with the Director of Music and wider Music team, the successful candidate will assist with rehearsals, performances, concert preparation, music trips and the day-to-day musical life of the Prep School. There will also be opportunities to contribute to ensemble coaching, 1:1 support and wider departmental activities across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, while spending part of the role working alongside the Senior School Music Department.
