We are seeking a highly organised and professional Secretary to provide administrative support to the Pre-Prep & Junior School. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, act as a first point of contact for parents and visitors, and help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient day-to-dayadministrative support to the Pre-Prep and Junior School office.
  • Act as a first point of contactfor parents, pupils, staff, visitors and external enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate pupil recordsand support school registration processes.
  • Manage communications, including emails, telephone calls and face-to-face enquiries.
  • Assist with the organisationof school events, open mornings and other key activities.
  • Help ensure safeguardingand visitor procedures are followed at all times.

  • Excellent organisationaland time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Able to work independently, use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
