  • Hours per week:37.5 hours, including travel time
  • Required:Full UK Manual driving licence and access to a vehicle and willingness to travel. Previous experience working with Children and young people with learning disabilities and Autism.

How will I develop?

If you do not already hold a BTEC Level 4 in Positive Behaviour Support you will be enrolled onto this course and supported throughout your studies while you work with us, on completion you will receive a salary increase to £28,325
 You will receive regular clinical supervision from experienced professionals to ensure you feel confident and supported in your role. 

We will continue to invest in your professional growth within our CYP Division by fully funding everything required to maintain your UK SBA professional registration, including your annual UK SBA fee, DBS, safeguarding training and liability insurance. As a registered APD provider, we will also support your ongoing development with a minimum of 6 APD provided in house each year, so you can focus on delivering outstanding practice while we fully support your professional career
