We are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Pool Manager & Swimming Coach to lead the management, maintenance and ongoing development of the school’s swimming pool programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in promoting and developing swimming across the whole school, working with pupils aged 2–18. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of pool safety, compliance and operations, while delivering and overseeing a high-quality swimming programme that inspires confidence, skill and enjoyment in the water.
A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), a National Pool Plant Operators Qualification (NPPO) and a Swim England Level 2 Teaching Qualification (or equivalent) are essential for this role.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic professional with strong organisational skills, a commitment to safety and compliance, and a passion for developing swimming at all levels.
