The Vacancy
Brunelcare’s mission is to provide person-centred care, housing, support, and community living for later life and this role plays an important part in bringing that to life. About the Role
This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference to homes and communities. You’ll lead the delivery of investment programmes, working closely with contractors, colleagues, and residents to take projects from planning through to completion ensuring homes are well maintained, modern, and places people are proud to live in.
About You
You’re someone who takes real pride in what you do. With experience in planned works or property maintenance, you’re confident managing projects and working with contractors to get the best results. You understand the importance of safety, quality, and value for money, and you also bring a collaborative and approachable style working closely with colleagues, contractors and keeping residents informed along the way. Most importantly, you care about doing a good job and delivering homes that support residents to make the most of later living.
