Job Description:

Join our expert STRU team and help shape the future of young performers in a dynamic, hands-on role. Working closely with the Head of STRU and the Conditioning Teacher / STRU Assistant, you will deliver and develop high-quality physical screening, treatment, rehabilitation (STRU), and related services for students across all levels of training. You will play a key part in optimising and supporting students’ training and performance needs, ensuring effective rehabilitation and ongoing wellbeing through close collaboration with STRU colleagues as well as pastoral and academic support teams.
