Salary: £27,000-£29,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, 10am-6pm, evening and weekend availability required
Location: London Coliseum & other locations as required with some travel to Greater Manchester
We're looking for an organised, people-focused and passionate Philanthropy & Events Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting our fundraising activities and delivering an exceptional experience for our supporters.
This varied role combines donor stewardship, event coordination, financial administration and CRM management. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding concierge ticketing service to supporters, coordinating guest experiences at performances and events, maintaining accurate supporter records, processing donations and memberships, and supporting the successful delivery of fundraising activities.

Requirements:

Someone with excellent administrative skills, confident in their use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)

Someone confident with technology and willing to learn about ticketing and CRM Systems

Ability to offer world-class, exceptional customer service to ENO Supporters

Someone able to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

A dynamic individual with the ability to work independently, and yet collaboratively within the Development Department

A supportive colleague, willing to share their skills, experience and knowledge with colleagues in the Department

Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality, whilst responding to a fast-paced work environment and tight deadlines
