The Vacancy
We are recruiting Personal Development Worker’s for Ryan. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of supporting Ryan to live his good life as he has recently transitioned from living in hospital to his own home.
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and empathetic personal development worker to work for Ryan. The role involves supporting someone living at home, ensuring they feel safe, stimulated, and independent.
Key Responsibilities
- Companionship:Engaging in conversation, supporting communication through AAC and other computer applications, and participating in hobbies and leisure activities.
- Personal Care:Assisting with washing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene.
- Home Support:Providing support with light housekeeping, preparing nutritious meals, gardening, and shopping.
- Community Involvement:Accompanying individuals to appointments, social outings, and therapy sessions.
