The Vacancy

Derek is a 29-year-old man looking for Personal Development Workers to support him during an exciting new chapter of his life and help him thrive in his own home. Derek enjoys bowling, good food, gaming, and drumming, and is keen to continue building a life that reflects who he is, his interests, and his ambitions.

Derek approaches life in his own unique way and may need assistance with certain everyday activities. Having the right support around him helps him feel at ease, build confidence, and live in a way that suits him best. He values people who can be fully present with him and who consistently show understanding, dignity, and respect.

Like anyone else, Derek has hopes, ambitions, and things he wants to achieve. With thoughtful, reliable, and encouraging support, you can make a meaningful contribution to positive change and help him move forward in a way that feels right for him.
